Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. located in Gilbert and Downtown Phoenix, is a leader in reducing waste at the operator level. Their two restaurant locations divert 100% of food waste and certified compostable packaging from the front and back of house operations into R.City compost bins.

R.City picks these up weekly and produces compost on their farm which they use to helps grow vegetables that AZ Wilderness and other local restaurants use in their food.
